…I personally think that this comes down to the trainers providing the right environment for all of us to want to do the best we can.I lost 40kg in the first 7 months and haven’t looked back in the past 3 years.

 

I feel like a completely different person and have noticed the change has been reflected in all aspects of my life. The relationships I have gained over the 3 years are priceless and I can always find the next challenge at Bodywar to keep me motivated.

 

From winter series challenges to City 2 surf and End of year challenges, at 120 kg I never thought I would be participating in, but now enjoy.
