…I started with Bodywar about 9 months ago, originally training one day a week but it wasn’t long before I was training 4 or 5 times, including one Personal Training session a week.  I really enjoy the variety in the sessions Bodywar offers, which keeps training interesting and challenging.

 

In this time I have not only lost 17kg and 21% of my starting body fat percentage but I have seen great improvements in my overall fitness.”

 

The reason I have had such great success is due to the trainers listening to my goals and continuing to work with me to achieve them.  They show a genuine interest in how I am progressing, providing an encouraging and motivating environment. Joining a group training sessions on my own was daunting but not only have the trainers made me feel very welcome but so have the other Bodywar clients, offering a supportive as well as fun place to train – Janelle
