Pre School Bootcamps
BODYWAR comes to your Pre School and conducts a fun and exciting bootcamp session for kids. This can be arranged on a weekly or monthly basis or as a one off incursion.
BODYWAR pre school bootcamp sessions are all about introducing kids to fitness using exciting and fun exercise drills and games specifically designed for pre school kids. Sessions help kids improve their cardiovascular fitness, team building skills, co-ordination and flexibility.
