
John has always had a passion for sport & fitness having played over 20 years of Rugby League and Oz Tag as well as Athletics he has chosen to make his hobby his profession. John gets great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their goals and does all he can to make sure this happens as John believes all goals are achievable. John completed his studies at the Australian Institute of Fitness and graduated as a Master Trainer. Since graduating John has worked with a wide range of clients from kids through to older adults, doing both Personal Training, Outdoor Group Fitness sessions and conducting corporate fitness sessions. John is forever coming up with new and exciting training programs that will challenge even the fittest of clients.

Tanya is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and loves nothing more than helping clients make a positive change to their health and fitness. Over the years Tanya has had the pleasure in being part of and witnessing many life changing transformations through BODYWAR training and she is on a mission to create many more! Tanya is responsible for the management of BODYWAR and also works with training kids, adults, sporting teams and corporate groups. Tanya brings lots of energy to her sessions believing you need to enjoy the journey as much as the final destination. Tanya’s motto is ‘no excuses’ and no matter what level of fitness clients are at Tanya and her team will be there every step of the way to push and encourage you to be the best version of yourself!

Annette has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 10+ years and has worked with BODYWAR for 10 of those years. Annette completed her studies at the Australian Institute of Fitness graduating as a Master Trainer and has a passion in helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals by offering guidance, encouragement and support. Being a mother herself Annette understands how life can take over and you can lose yourself to the pressure of being everything to everyone else. Annette’s motto is give yourself an hour a day for you to exercise and watch the endorphins race through your body and your family will thrive on the new happy and healthy you!

Through her years working in OT she has gained valuable experience in helping clients achieve whatever their goals may be and she is ready to help you achieve yours!
