BODYWAR offers a flexible and customer-friendly approach to fitness training. There are no contracts and no joining fees with flexible training, so clients can train as many times as they like each week mixing it up between days and times across all our training locations. The flexibility caters for busy schedules, allowing clients to fit exercise into their daily lives.
All our clients are given personal attention with regressions or progressions given depending on your individual fitness level. Beginners are started off slow to build fitness up gradually, while intermediate & advanced clients will be pushed and challenged to take their fitness to the next level. Everyone at BODYWAR works together as a team, no one is ever left behind.
BODYWAR began with a vision to help Macarthur get fit & healthy! Our goal was to provide the ultimate outdoor group fitness experience. BODYWAR programs include lots of variety and clients never know what to expect at their next session. BODYWAR has helped countless clients make a positive change to their life and the team are ready to help you!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tan, Johnny and the girls for the past year or so. I noticed the transition with my before and after photos and you don’t realise how far you have come until you see them. My BODYWAR experience has really changed my life and I don’t think it would have happened without the motivation from you guys. All of the BODYWAR clients are hugely motivated and have in some way helped to push me along in each session. I personally think that this comes down to the trainers providing the right environment for all of us to want to do the best we can.
I would love to thank all of the trainers at BODYWAR for all the great sessions that I have been apart of. My fitness levels are out off this world and it has shown on the soccer field once again. BIG THANK YOU Great work guys love it!!!!!
I’ve never done anything like BODYWAR before and I love it, even when it’s half way through a session and I feel like dying I still love it!!!
I know I haven’t said to much until now but I just wanted to say I REALLY enjoy BODYWAR. I’m so glad my Dad pushed me to give it a go. I look forward to it every week! The sessions are always different, fun and challenging. Tanya, Annette, John and Jade never stop encouraging and helping people with the goals they want to achieve and the entire BODYWAR team are all really approachable. Since I’ve recently started a different approach to my eating as well and incorporating that with the exercise I’m feeling even better. You all do an awesome job, so thank you.
Joining BODYWAR was the most amazing thing I could do. I’ve always been body conscious as I have been big since I can remember, being teased through school and in my 20’s I have never wanted to join any gyms. However BODYWAR has completely changed my perspective. Being able to work out with a group of individuals who have their own goals, who are not judgemental and are all supportive makes my workouts fun, achievable and worthwhile. Thanks to Tanya, John, Annette & Jade for pushing me through my classes, it does mean a lot. Since starting BODYWAR I have lost 25.1kgs.
