Yes, BODYWAR caters for all levels of fitness and trainers will always give low & high impact options. BODYWAR also have groups that are split into high & low intensity with their own trainers so you can sweat it out with others of a similar fitness level, motivating each along the way. You will not be made to feel that you are holding others up.

Yes, if you’re a long time fitness enthusiast BODYWAR trainers along with other members of the group will push you, to reach performance levels not possible had you worked out alone. You will personally be given harder options by the trainers even in a group environment, so no matter how fit you are you will be pushed to your limits. You may be fit but BODYWAR will make you fitter!

BODYWAR conducts Group Fitness Training Sessions in the Macarthur area. Sessions are currently held at Eschol Park, Harrington Park, Woodbine, Bradbury & Raby. Should you wish to arrange a group training session in another area just contact BODYWAR.

BODYWAR conducts Hardcore Sessions & Corporate Group Fitness Sessions all over Sydney.

BODYWAR conducts Personal Training Sessions in and around Macarthur where sessions can be held outdoors, at your place of work, home or at our private studio.

BODYWAR can conduct personal training sessions in other areas on request.

Most group training sessions go for 1 hr.

Prices vary depending on how many sessions you do per week. BODYWAR encourages clients to participate in at least 3 sessions per week to get maximum benefits from the program BUT they also understand that many people have a busy lifestyle and cannot fit in 3 sessions. Therefore there are a number of different packages available to suit all lifestyles and budgets.

There are no contracts or joining fees with BODYWAR.

Yes, BODYWAR still trains in wet weather as long as it is safe to do so. If grounds are deemed unsafe due to weather conditions and a suitable alternative venue cannot be found the session will be deemed postponed and rescheduled to another date.

This all depends on what injury / condition you have and is a case by case situation. A doctor’s clearance may be required depending on the circumstances. If you are able to train but limited to what you can do alternative exercises will be given by BODYWAR trainers so you can still participate. BODYWAR have clients that can only do low impact activity and have still achieved amazing results.

You can expect to be part of a fresh, exciting and new fitness challenge. You never know what to expect at BODYWAR and a training session can include anything from cardio, boxing, kickboxing, agility, boot camp style training (without the yelling & screaming), circuit training, kettlebell training, strength training, core conditioning, stretching & flexibility. You will never get bored at BODYWAR! You can also expect to have fun and meet some fantastic people!

Wear Comfortable sports clothes, supportive joggers and socks. All exercise equipment will be supplied for you, you only need to bring a full size towel and / or an exercise mat along with plenty of water to each training session. A hat and sunscreen is also recommended.

All BODYWAR trainers are registered with Fitness Australia and are fully qualified. They are not ex military staff so won’t make you feel bad if you can’t perform a particular exercise. BODYWAR’s experienced team of trainers are professional, motivating, friendly and will be there to guide you every step of the way to help you achieve and exceed your health and fitness goals – because you deserve to!
